According to the website www.Education.Alot.com, who have compiled a list of the worst colleges and universities in each of the 50 states, Nazarene Bible College has been named the worst in the Centennial State.
With an average of just 16.4% of students graduating, it's not hard to see how this institution might have earned such a reputation.
Originally established in 1964, Nazarene Bible College was once a physical campus in Colorado Springs. However, it seems that even its location couldn't save it from declining enrollment and financial struggles. In 2017, the college made the decision to close its campus and move to a strictly online format.
Aside from a lackluster graduation rate, Nazarene Bible College also has some of the highest tuition costs in the state.
Students walk away with a reported average of $42,340 in student loans, a significant amount for a school with such a low success rate. And the average salary for graduates after six years is just $29,700, below the state average.
